1. First, the manufacturer has to live up to their warranty for the life of their warranty, no matter how long that may be. 2. Has the same defect been subject to repair attempts four times and it didn’t get fixed by the end of the fourth attempt?
3. Has your truck been out of service because of the same defect for a total of at least 30 days?
